Waters of Superior
Located in Duluth's Canal Park, Waters of Superior is a unique space where one can search for naturally modern, North Shore-inspired gifts, housewares, and fine art. Showcasing over 100 regional artists, their gallery highlights sculpture, pottery, photography, prints, furniture and glass art among others. They focus on artists who are inspired by the beauty of Lake Superior and the nature which surround it.
In the retail area of the store they have housewares, women's clothing, and handcrafted jewelry. Made by local artists, the jewelry is mostly exclusive pieces created with found objects from forests and shores of Northern Minnesota.
Waters of Superior is a space where visitors can unwind from the energetic streets of Canal Park while enjoying inspiration from its surroundings. With so many handcrafted and unique items, visitors can easily find a piece of Duluth to bring home with them.
Locally owned by two photographers, Craig Blacklock and Jeff Frey, Waters of Superior curates North Shore inspired items for every aspect of life.
Accessibility Notes
Easily found on the corner of Lake Avenue and Buchanan Street, there is convenient parking located in the rear of the building. Water of Superior and the building are wheelchair accessible.
