The Koochiching County Courthouse is a designated historic site and features early 1900's architecture complete with a dome. Murals on the dome's interior depict historic scenes and the ornate staircase climbs three floors to a restored courtroom that is often used for public meetings. Although there are more modern annexes on either side of the building, the front and rear facades maintain the historic character.
There are handicap accessible entrances and an elevator to provide access.
Open business hours throughout the year.
